USSA Alpine competitions are organized into general program categories based on the needs of racers at every level. 

Juniors

J6 - Ages 8 and Under (born 2000 and later)

J5 - Ages 9-10  (born 1998, 1999)

J4 - Ages 11-12 (born 1996, 1997)

J3 - Ages 13-14 (born 1994, 1995)

J2 - Ages 15-16 (born 1992, 1993)

J1 - Ages 17-19 (born 1989, 1990, 1991)

Adults

SR - Ages 20 (born 1987 and older)
